The team includes experienced former members of Powersim Corporation's Strategy Solutions Group and key management team members.

Prior to joining Powersim Corporation in 1993, Mr. Umar had several years of experience working in the banking, as well as civil and electrical engineering industries. After a brief break to study Information and Computer Science, he served as a faculty member and Ph.D. re fellow at the University of Bergen between 1994 and 1997. Mr. Umar is also currently serving as a member of the Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) System Dynamics Advisory Board, in Massachusetts.

Mr. Umar holds a B. Sc. (Honors) in Business Administration with a major in Banking and Finance; B.Sc. in Information and Computer Science; M. Phil. in Information and Computer Science, focusing on the System Dynamics Methodology and Model-based Policy Analyses, and has 3 years of Ph.D. studies in System Dynamics from the University of Bergen.

Before founding Powersim Solutions, Mr. Natchimuthu spent more than five years with Powersim Corporation, a leading system dynamics simulation software and solutions company. Mr. Natchimuthu held several key positions at Powersim Corporation's Strategic Solutions group including Director of Solutions and Project Manager. He has extensive experience in building simulation based strategic solutions in several business areas including supply chain, project management, market dynamics, human resources, and customer satisfaction. He has worked for clients in a wide array of industries including Semi-conductor, Telecommunications, Software, and Hospitality.

Mr. Natchimuthu holds a Master's in Operations Management from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Anna University, India.
